I am not asking for technical support here; all I want to do is upgrade my subscription and get access to all addons. Why do you need a week for someone to send me an invoice so I can pay and you can upgrade my subscription? It has already been more than a week, since I have been wasting time on chat and order notes.
This is becoming weird and ridiculous—that an upgrade request is not being processed and being asked to wait for a week.
Just sent another order note, not saved in my order and no email.
What do you want me to check?
Okay this is weird, the plugin never showed an update is available, despite having a valid license key.

Hello Tahasin,
It has been almost a month and issue is still there, we can not change template for the emails.
If it is going to take time, please provide an alternative way to modify email templates. We have tried copying the files to child-theme but it does not work and documentation is not much of a help.
I look forward to a solution to this asap.
