IT’S THE VERSION 6.2.6 OF DOWNLOAD MANAGER THAT IS CAUSING THE ISSUE.

The notice for update was not found. Upon re-downloading the last version made today 6.2.7 then the issues of website crashing was solved PP 5.5.0.

sorry for the misunderstanding, but we did not say the problem has been resolved. The latest version 5.5.0 of the plugin is impossible to use on our site.
the log shows you’ve made these 2 updates :
5.5.0 – 2022.11.01
Fixed an issue with order date display
Improved dynamic product option

so whatever changes made in these are causing the plugin to crash our website. so at this time we are using the previous version 5.4.9 – 2022.10.15

We can not access the website at all. So we deleted the plugin through ftp, and re-downloaded the plugin and site crushed right away at activation.
So we reverted to version 5.4.9 and it works.

How do we get rid of the unnecessary extra coupon field?

Frankly looking at the numbers of tickets and issues across the board, it tells there must be some issues that need to be resolved in the plugin itself regardless of the user settings..

But at this time, we’re seeing compatibilities issues with our majors plugins. So We will move forward with another script to handle certain tasks.
