I’ve been trying to figure this one out. It seems as if there is a conflict with our theme, Divi, when using the wpdm_user_dashboard shortcode, like we have done here:
–teststeder.regjeringen.no/digidel/last-opp/
When changing to a different theme,
–teststeder.regjeringen.no/kjapptest/last-opp/
at least the “log in” and “register” buttons work, and we can now see the “registration is disabled!” message
(this is set in the network settings on WP Multisites.)
I’ve tried on a local multisite setup, changing the registration settings to “user accounts may be registered” and the register form is visible.

Is this the first time someone reports issues regarding the Divi theme? If not, should I contact them regarding this, or do you have a suggestion as to what we might to do get around this?

What is the status here?
I have upgraded to 4.5.0, but still, when trying to use the [wpdm_frontend], the “register” field only shows username and password.

Can you confirm that this works for multisite installations of WordPress?

You have to manually update this plugin by deleting the plugin from the plugin page and reinstalling it, isn’t that what it says in the earlier posts here.

But this option is not visible when the Enable registration is disabled on the Multisite settings. In the previous post I overrided this by setting Users Can Register to 1 in the settings for the particular site.

All other plugins disabled. Activated “TwentyFifteen” theme. Same result. {“result”_”wpdm”,”id”:0}

I have set this setting in the multisite settings as shown on the image attached. It still does not work.
Yes, you have to login using a 2-step verification.
Anyhow, will it help at all if I update the plugin?

The error of not being able to click the Register button seems to be related to the theme I am using (Divi). When I changed the theme on the site, I could at least see the error message “Registration is disabled!”. This shows up, even though I changed “Users Can Register” in multisite settings of this site to 1 as explained earlier.

Does it support multisite?
I have “allow registration” disabled in multisite settings.
EDIT: But I have set Users Can Register in multisite admin for the specific site to “1” (enabled).

Here is an online test site where you can see the problem: https://blogg.regjeringen.no/kjapptest/last-opp/

This seems to work now. I am not sure what was wrong.
