Template Link and Page Templates option is not visible in the user upload page, it can be resolved by manual typing template name. and this is no problem.

but I am still curious about the permissions of each category of users.
displays specific categories in user A with category A, and user B Category B, Category A does not appear in user B.

whether the above feature can not be applied in this plugin?
