Wrong,

I do understand the function of that file. But I still will be able to remove it. anytime, anyway.
I do test and study Download manager. I do take all sort off proofs. Later on I will remove all files. I want to clean up. I wanne stay boss over my own files.

So my questions is: How can I remove this .htaccess file?

This is very important to me. I hope you do understand.
