Ok thanks
Btw that is an old login. It won’t work anymore. Please use the one I entered earlier in a private message
Email from me to you guys. I paid for the customization after I sent this.
Hello. I have a website qboodl.com
I would like to have some customization for the Download Manager.
If you login with the following credentials, you’ll have access to the pages that are protected using Ultimate Member plugin.
qboodl.com/wp-admin
Username: DownloadSupport
Password: DOWNsupport0913$
After you login, please view the website. Click on “Search Vendors”.
You’ll see a list of vendor profiles (created with Ulitmate Member plugin)
I need a shortcode created that I can enter into the settings of Ultimate Member. The shortcode needs to autopopulate all of the packages created by each vendor.
Note: I am not using and do not intend to use “categories” and/or “tags”. I want all packages to be sorted by vendor.
Please let me know if you’d be able to make this happen and how much you think it would cost.
Thanks so much in advance for your help.
Yes. There is not a problem. Sorry for the confusion.
We had your company make the customization for that page. This code is from you guys.
This is great! Absolutely perfect! Thank you!!
Thanks! It works.
Okay sounds good. Thank you!!
The attached add on file worked when I uploaded. It appears to have stopped working after an update. (I believe)
Hello. Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, the image is too small now. It used to be the original size preview image. I can’t use the [preview] code anymore. Is there a way to keep it working properly and still have a larger preview image?
Also, how do I get rid of that extra thumbnail of the main preview image to the left? That code is not in the template.
That works! It looks very nice now. Thank you so much!!
Note: I increased the size limit for general uploads in the .htaccess already, so that’s not the issue.
Thanks
The fix you did must have been temporary. See your reply on an old topic that I started. https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/removing-menu-items-user-dashboard/?bbp_reply_to=120385&_wpnonce=7745196435#new-post
I edited the file you spoke of in the reply and now it looks the way I want it to.
Question: Are updates overwriting all of these customizations?
This stopped working again. Was your fix temporary? Did an update change this?

The same thing happens when I try to clone a template and edit it. Is there a solution to this yet?
