I can’t access my downloads to be able to adjust them. Is there a way to access them without getting that error?

Yes. I tried on 3 different computers too. No luck. This was not a problem before— so I’m not sure why it just recently started being an invalid file type. Any other suggestions? Do I need to go and zip all of my files? Is this a known issue?
