I am having the same problem. I have 300 documents that worked before the new year. Now, no matter what I do or the settings I try, I get the same “file not found” error message. This is very bad for our site.
Yes, I uploaded all the documents a while ago and we changed the preferred template for displaying them. But in order to change that, I have to go in to every document and select the template from the drop down (even though it’s the only one). I would like to bulk apply that template to any documents we have uploaded, to save time and effort. If that’s possible, please tell me how to do it. If it’s not possible, I’ll just have to find the time to do it one by one.
I’m sorry, I don’t think I am asking the question correctly, or I don’t understand the response given. I want to apply the page template that shows a preview of the document to all the documents we’ve uploaded. I can go in to each package and individually change the template setting, but there are hundreds, so I would prefer to do it in one bulk action. I don’t understand what your instructions in the response mean.
