Yes it is, as I said you need to be logged in to see the wpdm blocks.

What do you mean? Please. Check the template we are using for downloads. Is that not the shortcode used for preview???

yes, please login with the provided account and check https://www.vichycam-eventos.com/contenido/ from IOS Safari. Previews dont load.
