Ideally, it should pop a notice, but “text file with a message” is fine.

“When user open [wpdm_all_packages] page, Download limit not work. The user can continue to click all the download button and download more than 3 times. (if user doesn’t refresh the page)”

There is still problem with this.

While. I tried that. Try 3 different downloads and then refresh the page. Then it works correctly.
However, I can not control what the user will do. The current problem is when the user click on the fourth download. the page turned into something like that.
