Hi,

I can only give you access to the ftp via teamviewer.
So we made a teamviewer session to my PC, i will log me in in the FTP Server an you can make changes there.

Is this ok for you?

i tried to change the link but i still get the same message.

I also tried to change the E-Mail template with the user i gave you and it worked finde. so i don´t see any restrictions at the User.

Any other Ideas?
