I have noticed that after an update or two it is no longer giving the error above, but instead just saying the cart is empty (when it really is not). See screenshot below
We have been looking into this issue for a bit and this has popped up in the WP forums with a similar problem. Would this be a fix at all on your side?
I did that. Removed the premium packages plugin and reinstalled it but still getting the same error.

One of my testers has started getting the issue too so not just me then
I have tried on 4 different computers/ipads. Mac and Windows. 3 different browsers. Logged in and not logged in. Different users/email addresses and I keep getting the same error.
I asked other people to test and some have gone through successfully.
I have re-enabled all plugins and themes as it didn’t make a difference
I have done that now. Deactivated all plugins that are now WPDM related and changed to a standard theme. Still not working. I havent changed back yet in case you want to do any more investigating in its current state
No, the Hide Everything breaks all the section listings everywhere on the site. We don’t mind people browsing and seeing what’s available as a means to encourage them to sign up.
I just need the video player to not play the video if the person is not allowed to download. Is there any logic that can be added to the template to show/hide stuff depending on the permissions?
Thanks. Ok. I think what I will do is a new template and I will replace the video player with an additional preview for now. At least until you release more functionality for it
Hi. Thanks for your reply. Yes that is exactly what I did when I mentioned I had changed the permissions. But it still plays on the page. It just restricts the download
Thanks!. Well, at least it plays now. The only downside is that using the Video Player page template it plays all the time, for everyone. I have changed the permissions for the file and set it for Premium Members only but the video still plays for any visitor, they just can’t download it. I’ll need to make a custom template for this. I Will let you know if that works out
