I’ve been having issues with pagelines and download manager too. My home page has features on it. I stumbled across the last option in the features for that page:
“Feature Source and Order (Advanced)
Advanced options for feature sources and their order. Important: Enable feature panel under settings > advanced for use with posts.”
Select Feature Post Source (Optional – Defaults to Custom Post Type)”
This first selection box had gone from the default of “-SELECT-” to some other choice. As soon as I switched it back to the default, my site started working again.
