Try on the downloads archive page – this is where people are attempting to download packages – not on the individual package pages.
We don’t care about the email sending – the plugin doesn’t download the package to the computer on form submission, basic functionality of the plugin. This needs to be fixed.

The downloads are still not working after testing….
Just tested again – most recent file (Jan. 24, 2023) is not downloaded when form is submitted. Plugin is broken.
In addition once you have fixed that, try to download a package. It didn’t work for me after filling out the form – nothing was downloaded.
Now there is a login lock? This is incorrect – The downloads list needs to be publicly accessible.
I had the same issue of people not being able to download documents. It looks like the plugin was out of date again.
Can you remove that in the next update? Because we cannot constantly go to Download manager settings, save license, and go back to update. This will not work. We need automatic updates available so the forms can continue to work.

Can anyone assist here? When I first purchased I was supported via email very quickly but now one one is helping and the website is Live. Are you on vacation or something?
I tried creating a new form, and a new package and it’s the same issue – says “thank you – we’ll be in touch soon” (the standard gravity form confirmation).
