I reached out because the download page on my website isn’t functioning. I provided you with the credentials to access my site, but you responded by saying the plugin wasn’t installed. However, the plugin has been installed from the start, and you haven’t assisted me in fixing the original problem. This has not been helpful at all.

Hi Nayeem, I’ve checked the downloads and it has been added to the website, the downloaded folder is called ‘WPDM-archive-page’ why is this name different from what it appears on your website?

Is there any chance you could help me activate it? Maybe that’s why my download page isn’t working, right?

Hi, could you clarify what you mean? I can see it in the dashboard under the downloads section.
