Hi Nayeem,

You are not helping us, we are using your plugin on one of our important client and it is not working.

We really need your assistance to get the live form working and you are giving us vague statement like server error.

The server is working fine, may you please look into this problem and provide us some solution.

Hi,

I have disabled all the plugins and the plugin is still giving me the same thing. Seems like there is something wrong with the new updated version on WPDM plugin. Please assist with this issue.

I have updated it to the latest one and activated my license key. and still getting the same issue.

Hi

Because we need additional information about people downloading our files, I installed form lock and set the form in lock options of my download.
Unfortunately, this doesn’t work. After activating form lock, the popup don’t come up anymore, only spinner is showing.
I tried to activate email lock and I tried also without this option but the issue stays the same.
Please help, thanks.

Hi, I have successfully updated the WPDM Pro using the method you provided. But the new updated WPDM Pro does not support the Form lock add on.
Please help, We need the form lock for our downloads.

Hi I’m trying to update my wpdm pro, but I keep on getting this error:

Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Please help.
