I have attached a screenshot of my WP dashboard. As you can see, I have NO access to Download Manager as I used to. So, I can not add new download packages or manage existing packages at this time. Most of the existing files are still available for download with the exception of a random few, so my primary issue at this time is the inability to add/manage new files. If you can fix it so I can access the WPDM admin panel, I can deal with the rest of the issues. Thank you.

Temp admin login credentials have been emailed. In further investigating this issue, I have determined that not only do I not have access to the Download Manager admin screen, the links to a couple of my documents are broken and the user gets a “file does not exist” error message. I will need to restore a backup if this issue is not quickly resolved. Some of these files are time-sensitive documents that must be accessible to my users, and I have new documents to upload. Please advise as to the status …. Thank you.
