Can you tackle this today? Downloads were working just fine and then out of nowhere this error started happening. Also, while you are in there please have a look at the Download Individual Files feature. That is also not working properly.

Thanks. The only other thing is that on the Download page the “Download” button popover (Asking for Name and Email) is hiding under the page footer. Can you help w that?
