Please excuse me if I come across rude, that is not my intention. I have never had such difficulties with a plug-in, and this has been going on for a while now. I sent the same request seen in this post to admin 4 days ago. In their response:
“you simply need to create a link template for that, more details about link template is here….or send me temporary wp-admin login info, i’ll do that for you.”
I responded back and sent a temporary admin login to my website, but haven’t heard nothing back. This is the second time that’s happen.
I had a similar problem about 3 years ago and you (I remember the picture of you) did a great job at fixing it. But then I paid for a update and lost the setup you made for me in the process somehow.
I have tried all kinds of combinations and failed.
