Can you tell me about what custom upgrade ?

I know we can use same password for all packages but separately not in a one place. and if we need to change password for all files in one click then how can we do that. P.S in your way if we have 2000 files (packages) we need to change password 2000 times. what a feature. Its means this plugin is useless for us and we done need this. Is there some money back service ?
