Here are some screen shots (with fields blocked out for privacy) so you can see what I’m talking about.

Subscriber Screen Shot 1 indicates that 1-20 subscribers are displayed, but only 6 actually are. Note that gap in dates. (4/1/15 is when I upgraded to V4. The 2013 entries are tests when I installed V3.)

Subscriber Screen Shot 2 is the second page. It indicates that 21-40 subscribers are displayed but the table is empty.

Subscriber Export Screen Shot V3 is a table that I exported from V3.

Subscriber Export Screen Shot V4 is a table I just exported from V4. Note that the company and title columns are missing.

Thanks for your help. This is important to my business.

Is there a work around? The reason I paid for this plugin was so I could track the businesses who download my media. What are my options?
