Also, I’m unable to update the Download manager plugin or re-authorize the license – maybe that’s why it’s not sending the emails also. Any help appreciated

Hey, I thought it was resolved but unfortunately not. My customers keep emailing me they’re not getting the emails. I sometimes get them but it takes a long time.
