Is there a way to do it without needing to click the download button and open a pop-up window that contains the form? I’d prefer for the form to be on the page already.

Do you have a tutorial on how to set-up the Form Lock add-on? Currently the link is not being sent automatically so I’m clearly doing something wrong.

Thanks, I have the Form Lock add-on but it’s still not clear to me how to insert the download link in the email that CF7 sends when the user submits the form.
