What will be the behavior if we activate the S3 add and the file hosting & Sharing Add-on at the same time?

I found the problem, the plug-in by default use the WordPress administrator email as the notification sender. Godaddy will not send the notification email if the email sender doesn’t match the site domain. If your site is hosted on Godaddy you will need to change the default sender in the email templates area. You should use something like wordpress@your-current-domain.com as the sender.
