Hi I have a last question, is it possible to custom the design of the tool bar of the pdf viewer ?

Hi we install the pdf viewer I just have a question :
– is it possible de disable the automatic ZOOM when we have a portrait + landscape pdf it doesn’t look good
– does the viewer reduce pdf quality to load quickly ?
For the moment the other issue is ok

Yes but « most »is not acceptable all document preview need to load correctly and properly not partially or sometimes it doesn’t sorry.

I don’t understand your approach can you help to solve my problem do I need to add the pdf viewer will it change something ?

I m sorry but your answer is not clear at all. To be honest i m a little disappointed we dont have a clue on whats happening and lots of pressure from our client.

What would be the solution to solve our issue ?

Well, I can’t say to my clients “please clear your cache to see documents” haha
So, would you have any idea to know what cause this issue and how fix it ?
