That is not the Issue. The Link is OK. I am using SendGrid for the emails as I have done for years now..

In SendGrid they have a function for cleaning up the URLS which we have been using for years the same.. Its called link branding otherwise the links arrive with sendgrid.com in them..

If you click the link it resolves properly to the site..

OK, I understand for the person requesting the download.

However, for Contact Form 7 we send the form output to Marketing. How can I capture the Package Name and send it with the Contact Form 7 form response?

I am talking about the Form Lock here not email lock. I want to be able to grab the package name variable and use it when sending the Contact Form 7 message to my marketing department.

I tried again today. I am still getting the 1.7.5 version.

OK, I’m not sure then?? Every time I try to download I get the 1.7.5 version verses 1.7.6 which is supposedly the latest version.

As I stated, the Form Lock available in my downloads area is the Old 1.75 version. Please fix this.

Hi any help with this? I would like the Form to Show every time. I would also like the option that the file gets unlocked by the emailed link ONLY. Right now when a person fills out the form, even with Bad/Bogus email information, the Download becomes unlocked.

Hmm. I am using your Attire Theme which requires Boostrap 4 so this will not be good. This was previously working ok.

When I use the rate 409600 as you have listed I get 500 errors?

Also, I notice, with email lock, we now receive “— Invalid download link — ” errors?

Also, generating Direct Link from Package gives same Invalid errors.

Yes, I have both setting as you indicate. I have increased Timeout on FASTCGI, which allows the download to get farther. However, I do not want to adjust this too high… Right now I have set to 60 Minutes which is not really good practice. I am not sure what to do at this point..

I have responded several times on this point, YES I HAVE THE OPTION “Show Form Everytime” selected. It has no effect.

I am using In Private Browser. When I fill out the Form 1 time, all other downloads are unlocked. No subsequent forms are displayed. So this setting seems not to be working.
