Thank you Tanvir.
Changing my theme settings didn’t seem to affect the colours, and I couldn’t see added custom CSS that would affect the plugin.
However I did modify the Bootstrap.min file and changed the .btn-secondary hex code.
Hopefully this helps someone else!

The page template was default, I’ve made sure the link template is too, unfortunately the problem still persists.
