Problem sorted! I’ve refreshed the page with the frontend shortcode and it’s now working fine. I must remember to do that everytime I update (and perhaps your instructions could be clearer).

Any news on the csv export functionality? It would be really useful to be able to download all of the package data into a spreadsheet, make changes and then bulk import.
