Yes, there are 2 ways to add passwords. Password with lock option is for the full package, if you apply that, it will cover all attached files, but files password is for that file only.

I have fixed first thing i did was join “Risky Apps” group then left it this fixed the error but it have throw me another error “The API developer key is invalid” so i went and created another API key but have set Key Restriction to “None” and deleted the old Key and after this the google drive can be accessed.
P.s. i think this can be related to https but not sure.
