Hi, thanks so much! You were right! It was an outdated plugin. The newest version seems to work fine now!

Best regards,
Christian

Hi, I’ve already tested the [pdf_thumb] also and it’s not working.. Problem is, as I already said I can’t give out login information as it stands behind an internal network and is only accessible from within and not from outside…

How can we go on to fix that?

Thanks much and best regards,
Christian

Hi, also checked now with all other plugins disabled. Still not working…

In the cache directory are the generated images placeholders without the pdf content…

Any other things I could check?

Thanks much and best regards,
Christian

Hi, I’m sorry but I can’t give you access. It’s completely behind intranet vpn, etc.

So please let me know what i would need to check…

Thanks much and best regards,
Christian

Hi there, I have a urgent question. It seems the [pdf_thumb_800x500] tag isn’t working correct for me. It generates always a placeholder image instead a preview of the PDF…. Imagick is also installed… 🙁

Can you please let me know what could cause this and how to fix?

It’s really urgent for me!

Thanks much for fast feedback and best regards,
Christian
