We have implemented live form as suggested by you. But the issue now is that
a) We are not able to identify which email address downloaded which pdf. We just get a notification with an email address that downloaded something from our website, but we do not know which pdf exactly they downloaded. It is important to know hat.
b) Also we are not able to export entries from live form. We were able to export entries on contact form 7.
Please let us know how we can identify the email address with corresponding pdf.
