Here is a URL of a page where we are using the PDF Thumbnails. As you will see all the thumbnails use the 1st page of each PDF.

It’s fairly simple. When you generate a PDF thumbnail, the image created is of the first page in the PDF. We would like the option to set another page (say page 3 or 5 or whatever) to use for the thumbnail.
