Hi, We do not have multisite enabled. Any Idea what may be causing this? plugin conflict, settings? Thanks

Apologies, but Ive now got another issue, the downloaders details are not being captured in the “subscribers” panel.
Email Lock functions are enabled under the Email Lock tab.

no worries, sorted that too by changing URL tag on right.

Not to worry I have sorted the problem, no idea what was causing it though its now working. thank you.

Is there a way to change paths for downloads? as the files where uploaded on a test server.

Thanks for the reply, with the user-groups , I need the download page to require the user to input just their email address and then have it send a download for that file to their email address. currently its applying a login for every file and then when one logs in there is an error : “Slow Down!”
or “you do not have permission to download this file” its also not saving the emails to the Users tab?
