Is there any chance that WPDM broke the menu?

For a moment while you were testing the menu did work again.

Is it safe for me to deactivate WPRM Pro and add-ons without loosing data for me to test?

Is this a problem that will likely continue with those plugin conflict?

As we use one of those plugins (usually not both) very regularly on other sites.
