I was using WP 3.4.2 – upgrading to 3.5.1 solved everything – it works great. Thanks for the quick turnaround Shaon!

I’ve gone back to the free version and the basic functionality seems to be working again. uploads/download-manager-files permissions are 755 so it doesn’t seem like a filesystem thing. Perhaps it’s an incompatibility with a current plugin? Does the plugin have any known incompatibilities?

Did you guys resolve this? I went from the free version (where uploads were working) to the Pro version (where uploads are not) and I’m having the same issue. Can you let me know how you resolved this?
