Thank you. That worked, but now I am struggling with the email response generated with the form lock using Live Forms. I would like to use one of the standard email templates (that I have modified), rather than get an email that gives a token code.
In the settings of Live Form, it suggests adding the Live Form Email Add on….where is this located? I have purchased the all add ins package. Will this allow me to use the email templates?
Also, in your documentation, it shows a “Download after Submit” option that I am not seeing:
