We have downloaded and tried to twice install the plugin as per the link and it now shows that the 6.2.9 ( 1.9.6.) installed.

We have re-cleared the cache with Purge SG Cache but we still see a spinning download

Any more ideas please? The client is not at al happy with the product and its inconsistencies, as it has now been over 6 weeks

We have, again, tried all these suggestions again, although we did already try all these before – but still no joy. We have also read the relevant suggestion on the Support Forum to try ‘Select from server’ for a test, but STILL no joy.

The client had not had access to this functionality for many months now and we have just renewed it last month.

Found this solution that works for ONE category ‘support-services’ but NOT say 2 or 3, maybe someone can expand on this so we can aadd several ‘terms’ eg categories

When trying to re-set the Search result page via the search widget the dropdown shows our correct search result page but when set it and APPLY it won’t accept this page, it constantly defaults back to the top page in the dropdown ( we are using Elementor page builder) Any help appreciated

Hi we need an email to send to Admin for any package download by a customer.

This email template > Email Lock Notification ( To: Customer ) sends to the customer

We need some way to tell our Admin when a download is made so they know to go to dashboard to approve etc…

It can even be the same email sent to the customer i.e. a bcc email.

It appears that when using Local by Flywheel (locally)- you need to log in to HogMail (in flywheel) as this intercepts all outgoing emails.

So all good with customer emails.

HOWEVER, how can we set it so that the Website admin cam also get an email so they know when someone makes a download request that needs apprival rather than having to log in to WordPress/Subscribers?
