Good morning Nayeem, I try to explain better my needs:

First of all my customer need to receive a request to let download all his file.
In the same moment, I need to collect other informations like City, Profession, and other info before authorization.
For this reason I bought this add-on. It should give me the possibility to expand the standard WordPress fields (name and e-mail) with some other informations that I need to manage with my customer.
I think email lock option should be extended with other fields, because it is useful customer maps be authorized and then is useful read download statistic for each user.

Please let me know asap.

I bought form locked add-on, how do i merge the two form locked add-on and email lock?
