I have bought Download Manager Pro. I have bought the PDF stamper. The stamper is NOT installing. Can you login using the credentials I have provided, identify why your software is failing and correct it.

I have spent over $100 USD in the last few days to get this to work – unfortunately that’s a lot of money for me at this point, so I am very keen on getting this to function as it should.

Can you please login, see the situation and rectify it?

I appreciate that you’re trying to help, but we’re going in circles here. I have removed the old plugin, installed v 5.2.4 and this is not working. I did this repeatedly before I asked for your support, and I have given you login details and upgraded this to Super Admin level so you can see what I mean.

If you can login now using the credentials I sent, that would be much appreciated – I really need to get this to work.
