OK.. I think i solved it…Or at least have a work around
again not sure which one of these did it but here is the steps i took.
1.) Updated WP Core to most recent version
2.) Updated this setting: “File Browser Root” in the basic settings area
3.) Deleted the main plugin and reinstalled from a freshly downloaded copy.
Here is how you tell if it is going to work.
1.) Create a new package
2.) Upload a file (actually in reviewing my steps while writing this, this is the function that is not working)
3.) After uploading the file via the uploader OR the file manager…select the “browse” tab and chose the file you would like to attach via that interface
you will notice that after you do a straight file upload the file will be added in the “Attached Files” section, but will only display the file name.
When you attach a file using the “browse” tab, you will see the entire file path and name in the attach files section.
I am assuming the entire file path name is needed in order for the file to be found.
Shaon…maybe you can fix the upload functionality in the next update.
