I have already paid for WP Forms Pro license, do you expect that we will be able to make it work or are you saying I need to purchase LIve forms?

Yes we agree, forms are working correctly when opened from the site. The form is saving data except when it is opened through form lock.

There is something about the integration with download manager calling the form that is not functioning correctly.
