Nothing has changed on the site, apart from required updates.

The code we are using to display is: [wpdm_all_packages items_per_page="8" categories="2018-asx-announcements, 2019-asx-announcements, 2020-asx-announcements, 2021-asx-announcements" jstable=1 order_by="date" order="DESC" cols="title,file_count,download_count|categories|upload_date|download_link" colheads="Title|Categories|Upload Date|Download::155px"]

We need to order our downloads by UPLOAD DATE.

If you could please advise of the best course of action it would be appreciated.

2 months of going around in circles and constantly having to follow up for a reply — I have managed to trouble shoot and fix the issue myself. The code we used to fix the issue for anyone with the same problem:

Thanks Nayeem, we have updated to the latest version of the plugin but the order is still not correct. When I load the page I see the correct list, then it automatically reshuffles to put “31 December 2020 Acquisition Completion Announcement” at the top. If you could please advise next steps.

Hi Nayeem, I downloaded the latest version of the plugin and updated it manually but it doesn’t seem to have fixed the issue.

Hi Nayeem, thanks for getting back to us. There is no automatic update available through WordPress. Should we uninstall then reinstall the plugin manually to get the latest version?

Hi Nayeem, that was just an example of what we wanted. We would like to be able to see ALL the downloads like that page with the numbers to click through at the bottom eg. “Showing 1 to 8 of 103 downloads. Previous12345…13Next” as well as the search function and “display” dropdown at the top.
