Hello,
I also have the same problem.　There are 4 PDFs with individual download buttons and one button for downloading 4 files at once on the download page.
I tried to download and found we got the error “Failed -Network error” shown in the icon of zip file at the bottom left corner of the browser after clicking the download button.

Thank you. That worked. So save setting again for license key before updating the plugin is required right?

The first suggestion works! but it was activated without doing anything about license key.

I already did that before I posted but I could not update.
Then, I’ve just did that again but the same error appeared.
