I need this as well. How do we contact customization team?
Ok, I have everything working on the front end. Everything seems to be working fine except one important aspect – When in bulk import on the backend, you cannot see the file dropdown directories to make it very easy to select file directories? Any help with this?
Is there a way to start with a sub-directory in the bulk uploads feature? I prefer to start with the uploads folder and not the root folders.
Is there a way not to show packages in the tree view on a web page?
Hi Shaon. Thank you for getting back to me.
I still do not understand. We must have FTP capability to update files.
DIR123
- Category1
- Category2
- Sub-Category1
- Category3
We have DIR123 as a package which includes all categories. How can we be able to FTP files to the Sub-Category1 and have it show in the tree under Sub-Category1 only?
Thank you for responding. I will create a directory for each package then. I am new to this. So how does the program know which files go to each category.
Example: If I have package: zone 1 and linked to Dir zone1, how does it know that the file in the directory should be associated with category district1 in zone1?
Thank you!
