Is the latest version 1.7.0 ?

Shall I deactivate the older version (1.6.2) and upload the the new one?

Ok, thanks didn’t realise there was that add-on for WPDM.

How can we change the statement with Form Lock ‘Your download link is ready now’ ?

Hi,

For Example: https://www.motor-design.com/whitepapers/whitepaper-example/

The individual download posts use the index.php of WordPress as the post template.

On this site it has been setup for Events so there is a sidebar we don’t want on the downloads page…

Can we change where the downloads are displayed int he plugin?

Ok, should be ok even if we have to re-name it using the Menu Editor plugin when updating WPDM.

See attached, the top ‘Downloads’ option is the WPDownload Manager plugin.

Hi,

Actually it is possible to show the name of the package (as well as the code) in Contact From DB exports by adding a ‘Link Label’ in the package settings…

Hi,

Mailchimp will only record the email address and name though – it won’t tell the client what download will it?

Contact Form DB plugin only exports the IP address…

They want to have a ‘report’ of what download by name was downloaded by who (name and email) at what time.

Is that not possible?

WPDM – Form Lock

Hi,

The users of the website are not logged in – they fill in the form using the Form Lock add-on but the ‘Download History’ doesn’t show the email address etc just the IP address.

How do we get the subscribers list for each form?

Can the download button not be displayed on the ‘Publications’ page – where all of the downloads are listed?

Hi,

Ok the form works now.

The download button won’t show up on the page where the downloads are listed though. You have to click through to each download post to be able to download it (after filling in form).

Is there a way round it?

Hi,

Tried this agin but when you fill in the form, you still cannot download the file.

See attached. It keeps asking for the form to be filled in.

The client does not want the download link to be emailed either.

What is the issue with this now?

Updated the plugin as suggested – It still does not work.

Deactivated the File Cart and the Form lock still doesn’t work. Email Lock doesn’t work either.

Considering the main plugin and Form Lock are paid plugins, we are not getting any answers for this and the client is very unhappy….

Please help us resolve this asap.

If I download from wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/ will it remove all of my settings and templates???
