But if i buy it (i reduced the form) – it sends no email to customer. I tested it in Backend in purchases – when i send a message to customer direct from purchase over Notices – email works. But why not at buying?

Hey @nayeem,

i moved the settings and installation to live, its on https://dumberger-bau.de/wp-admin/

but now i have several questions:

1. Wenn i log me into with a testuser (username: tester, Pass: 75aurioerr4) at https://dumberger-bau.de/downloadliste/ it dont show the shortcode in site – it show only loginform! –

2. If i do a purchase – it dont create a zip-file from selected Items and dont send it per E-Mail to testuser.

can you have a look at the settings – i think there is nothing wrong, but it wont work!

Thanks in advance – best regards – alex

Hey – yes, i have one last question: can i use the /login only for frontend, that means only for users in wp-downloadmanager – i would have the login in /wp-admin/ same as orginal.

thx – alex

hey – in the folder {active-theme}/download-manager should i have e. g. {active-theme}/download-manager/partials/resolve-order.php or {active-theme}/download-manager/templates/partials/resolve-order.php – i mean the dir-stucture of it. Should it be the same like in /wp-content/plugins/wpdm-premium-packages/templates/partials/resolve-order.php
