Nayeem –
Who do I need to contact at your organization to receive a refund? I appreciate your support, but we have moved on to another tool.
Please let me know.

Nayeem –
Due to the time it took to attempt to get it to work for our needs, and the fact that we couldn’t quite get it there, we had to move on to a different product so we can move forward launching the site. Again, I appreciate the support, however, the plugin isn’t the right tool for us, so please issue us a refund as soon as possible.
Hi Nayeem –
The product is not working as I expected, so please issue a refund at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Nayeem –
Unfortunately WPDM isn’t going to work for us at this time. Will you please issue us a refund?
Thanks for your efforts and support.
Ryan
OK, please check it now. I disabled the Elementor Post Template.
Thanks.
No, we have not. It’s using Elementor with a template kit. It appears that it’s using the Post template that was installed by the template kit. But WPDM was installed after the template kit, just FYI.
Is there something that needs to be adjusted on our end?
Hi Nayeem –
Yes, that’s correct. However, can you offer the user a registration/login form in the modal instead of the “Name and Email Address” modal?
The reason is because I want the user to register with a username and password when they try to download a file. If the user returns to the site at a later date and their session has expired, if they try to download a file, a modal will pop up asking them to either register or login.
This should eliminate the dual Subscribers in the WPDM Subscriber list as well as the “Guest” issue in the Stats.
Thank you.
Thanks for your quick reply.
The issue I’m running in to is if a user ever comes back to the site and wants to download a file again (and their session has expired), it asks them to “Register to Download” again with the modal popup. So the user will have to enter their name and email address again. When they enter the same name and email address, WPDM adds them as a separate Subscriber, causing duplicates in the WPDM Subscriber list. So, I’d prefer that the user is prompted to Login in this situation. Is that possible?
Also, when looking at the Stats>Download History, if the user isn’t “Logged In” when they download the file, the User shows as a ‘Guest’, so we won’t have a way to identify the user that downloaded the file.
Please advise the best way to set this up.
Thanks!
