Sorry no can do. This is a live environment and because of this ticket system I’m not able to share screen dumps. You can replicate this issue simple on a sandbox at your own locatiob. In stall download manager, add the notification add on and set it to different mail address you used for setting up wordpress an voila. Again please fix it or I will leave.

HI Tanvir, just tested.

The problem remains. Although my customer is set at Download Notification Template, the website Administration Email Address (set at setup at Settings/General) is also notified. Please help stop this behaviour as I have many customers wanting to work with your plugin. If the problem remains I’ll look for another plugin or build one my own.

Hi Tanvir,

I replied to your e-mail alsmost a month ago. Turns out I cannot reply to your service mail… Anyway: my awnser a month ago was: I use the Download Notification addon, version 1.9.6. I just logged in and saw ther was an upadte so I updated to 1.9.8. Not sure if the proble remains.

Hi Nayeem, sorry I can’t give you a login. The website is my clients. What I need is a way to get the package name in the admin e-mail so it can be like “USERNAME has downloaded PACKAGENAME from the website”

Is there some way to make this happen? Or perhaps you have some shortcode avaiable in LiveForms so I can get the Page Title of the page the download is on?
