I’ve checked all over the support site and I can’t find any clear instructions on performing a version update. Can you provide these steps in the How To section? I’m very nervous to do anything as I have a live site and it would be a huge problem if I messed up and wiped the data out. Thank you.

Thank you. I’m still extremely new to WP so forgive my question. I finally found the plugin editor and figured out how to access all of the PHP pages and style sheets. Can you tell me which plugin file I need to add this code to? There are a lot to choose from. Thank you.

One more question regarding the Data Table. I checked the documentation and I didn’t see any parameters that allow for left justification. Right now all of the document titles are centered on the page. Is there any way to line them up on the left? I know it’s small but the users have asked about this more than once. Thank you!

I’ve tried that option but it won’t stick. Every time I check that box it won’t save. I’ve seen others have had the same issue. Isn’t this fixed in the next version?

Outstanding! It’s working perfectly! I’m sorry for not finding this information in the documentation if it’s in there. I did a lot of reading but didn’t come across this info.

I figured out a work around. On the device if I press and hold the download button for more than a couple of seconds a list of options will come up. If I select “Save Link” then I am able to view the actual PDF file. If I select “Open in another window” it fails. For some reason the browser isn’t completing the PDF download on it’s own. I need to tell it to save the file. This isn’t ideal but I will inform my users of these steps.

Ahhh! I should have figured that out. I’m sorry for wasting your time. The tinymce-buttin works like a charm. I noticed that your sample table is in alphabetical order and in the comments you said it was on your to-do list to make the table sortable. Is there something I can do to add this feature?

Thank you but I don’t understand. Do you mean change the default browser on the phone? I’m not using an app to download anything. This is the native out-of-the-box operating system. I’ve tried it on three different Samsung Galaxy phones and it’s the exact same thing. No PDF will open when downloaded from any page using WPDM Pro. I will continue to play around with it.

It works just fine on an iPad. It’s only android phones that aren’t able to open any of the pdf files that I have available for download.

Thank you for the quick reply. I’m not using any app to download the files. I’m simply pressing the download button for the file as shown on the mobile browser. It worked last week but as soon as I upgraded to WPDM Pro it stopped working. I will go try it on an iPad right now.
