I have provided my login details with additional problems but no avail..

I really want to ask developer that why there isnt any video tutorials on each sections for making it easy for new user that dont know much about php knowledge.

To be Honest, I struck between rock and solid since i already have spent money on wpdownload manager Pro, i cant simply change to other user friendly plug in as well. All I wanted to do is create simple download pages but it taking more time and delay whole project..

there should be some ticketing system that paid user can get all help within time frame..

I created dropbox account and I think Dropbox is best choice for wpdownload manager..
